Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.levantpeptides.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from Levant Peptides, (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
Research use only
All products sold through the Site are supplied strictly for laboratory research and development use only.
Products offered on the Site:
- are not medicines, drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or foods;
- are not intended for human or veterinary use, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of administration to humans or animals;
- are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition;
- are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for any therapeutic purpose, and no statement on the Site has been evaluated by the FDA;
- are not sterile and are not manufactured, packaged, or labeled for clinical use.
We are not a pharmacy, a compounding pharmacy, or an outsourcing facility as defined under Sections 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
Eligibility and buyer qualification
You may purchase from the Site only if you:
- are at least 21 years of age;
- are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, university, or commercial research organisation;
- have the training, facilities, and equipment necessary to handle research chemicals safely; and
- have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
By placing an order you represent and warrant that each of the above is true, and that you will use the products solely for legitimate in-vitro research purposes in a controlled laboratory setting.
We reserve the right to request documentation of research affiliation, and to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
Prohibited uses
You may not:
- administer any product to yourself, another person, or an animal;
- resell, redistribute, or repackage products for human or veterinary use;
- represent our products as being safe or approved for human consumption;
- use the products in any manner that violates applicable law; or
- purchase on behalf of a third party who does not meet the eligibility requirements above.
Violation of this section terminates your right to use the Site immediately.
Product information and analytical data
We publish analytical documentation, including certificates of analysis, for the lots we supply.
Analytical results describe the specific lot tested. Purity figures reflect the analytical method stated on the certificate and are subject to the tolerances inherent in that method. We make no representation that a product is suitable for any particular research application; determining suitability is your responsibility.
We work to keep product descriptions, identifiers, and pricing accurate, but do not warrant that the Site is free of errors. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders, including after an order has been confirmed.
Orders, pricing, and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and exclude taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice.
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract forms only when we confirm acceptance and dispatch the order. We may refuse or limit any order, including for suspected misuse, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

International orders and export compliance
You are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be imported into your jurisdiction, and for all customs duties, taxes, and clearance requirements. Import rules governing research chemicals vary considerably between countries.
You agree not to export or re-export any product in violation of applicable export control laws. We may decline orders to any destination.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, products are supplied “as is” and “with all faults”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that any product is safe, effective, or appropriate for any use involving humans or animals, because no such use is authorised.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or research results, arising from or relating to your use of the Site or any product, regardless of the theory of liability.
Our total aggregate liability arising from or relating to these Terms or any product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Levant Peptides, its officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of any product, or any administration of a product to a human or animal.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, analytical documentation, logos, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

Where a policy conflicts with these Terms, these Terms govern unless the policy states otherwise.
Title and risk of loss in the products pass to you on delivery. Handling, storage, and disposal requirements are set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy; you remain solely responsible for handling products in accordance with good laboratory practice and all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect when posted, with an updated date above. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policy referenced at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
