Returns and Refunds

This policy applies to all orders placed through https://www.levantpeptides.com.

Scope

This policy explains when Levant Peptides accepts returns and issues refunds. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Why returns are limited

Products supplied for laboratory research are sensitive to storage and handling conditions we cannot verify once a shipment has left our control. A returned product cannot be re-sold, because its storage history can no longer be documented against its certificate of analysis.

For that reason returns are accepted only in the circumstances below.

Returns we accept

We will accept a return or issue a replacement where:

  • the product arrived damaged in transit, and you notified us within 3 days of delivery with photographs;
  • you received an item other than the one ordered;
  • the product does not match the certificate of analysis published for its lot; or

Returns we cannot accept

  • products that have been opened, reconstituted, aliquoted, or otherwise used;
  • products stored outside the conditions stated on the product page or packaging;
  • products returned without prior authorisation;
  • orders where the buyer has changed their mind, unless required by law;
  • products reported after the notice period below has expired.

Notice period and how to start a return

Contact us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the lot number printed on the vial.

Do not ship anything back until we have issued a return authorisation. Unauthorised returns may be refused.

Inspection and outcome

On receipt we will inspect the returned product and notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.

Where a return is approved we will, at our discretion, replace the product, issue a refund or issue store credit.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of approval. The time taken for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return arises from our error.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without charge before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched it is subject to this policy rather than cancellation.
