Shipping and Delivery

This policy applies to all orders placed through https://www.levantpeptides.com.

Scope

This policy explains how Levant Peptides processes, packs, and ships orders. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed before 12:00PM Central on a business day are typically dispatched SAME DAY. Orders placed after that time are processed the following business day.

We may hold an order for verification where buyer eligibility or payment requires confirmation. We will contact you if that happens.

Shipping methods and carriers

We ship via UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. Available services and estimated transit times are shown at checkout.

Transit estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. They exclude the processing time described above.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the service selected.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude duties and import taxes on international orders.

Packaging, storage, and cold chain

Products are supplied LYOPHILISED and packed to protect them in transit.

You are responsible for storing and handling products in accordance with good laboratory practice once delivered.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to your address.

Delivery problems

If a shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 2 days of the expected or actual delivery date.

For damaged shipments, keep the packaging and provide photographs of the outer box, the inner packaging, and the affected products. We cannot assess a damage claim without them.

We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for orders delivered to an address supplied incorrectly, and reshipment in that case is at your cost.

International shipping and customs

You are the importer of record. You are responsible for determining whether a product may lawfully be imported into your jurisdiction, and for all duties, taxes, and clearance requirements. Import rules governing research chemicals vary considerably between countries.

Shipments detained or destroyed by customs are not our responsibility, and we do not refund orders lost to customs enforcement unless required by law.
